Production Intelligence is seeking a creative and enthusiastic researcher, responsible for building up relationships with production companies, studios and line producers to track upcoming productions for our users. Predominantly the researcher will focus on telephone calls and emails, which will be kept in an ongoing diary, and updating our CMS system and writing short articles about upcoming productions for the weekly PI news bulletin. You may also write articles to be published on the Knowledge news pages and bulletins.
Planning and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns for Broadcast subscriptions (individuals and corporates), which drive customer retention, acquisitions, engagement, and brand loyalty. You will also have line management responsibility for one marketing executive who looks after Broadcast Intelligence’s Commissioner Index subscriptions and events.
This Hybrid role is focussed on both retention and growth of existing customer accounts along with new business subscriptions.
